United Hospice & Palliative Care of Arizona opened its doors in 2020 in Phoenix Arizona. Our team provides loving, evidence-based care to individuals and families in the Maricopa and surrounding areas. We strive to be Arizona’s leaders in end-of-life care by providing exceptional hospice care and services to your loved one and family while simultaneously providing education, in-services, and mental health supports to our community partners
